Our client, an established family-owned distributor in the robotics industry, is seeking a Credit & Collections Administrator to oversee it's Credit & Collections.
The company's culture is laid-back and friendly, where everyone works together.
Responsibilities :
- Negotiate collection of all delinquent accounts
- Develop and enforce credit policies
- Run credit reports
- Collaborate with branch managers and salespeople to solve customer credit problems
- Batch customer payments for deposits to the bank
- Backup for accounting manager for bank deposits and cash application to customer accounts
- Producing monthly customer statements
- A / R reconcile to G / L report
- Run monthly reports
- New customer setups
- Order releases
- Handle customer credit applications and checking references
